Kaleb Monroe is a Houston-based real estate entrepreneur, team leader, and investor with a sharp focus on performance, strategy, and long-term impact. At just 24 years old, Kaleb has already sold over $100 million in real estate and built a business centered on helping clients buy, sell, build, and invest with confidence.
As the founder of a high-producing real estate team, he leads with both experience and vision—guiding clients across residential, investment, and development opportunities. Beyond the sales side, Kaleb actively invests in small multifamily properties and renovation projects, using real estate as a powerful tool to build generational wealth.
His mission is simple: lead by example. Through scaling his own portfolio, growing a results-driven team, and staying deeply involved in the Houston market, Kaleb is committed to helping others achieve success through real estate at every level.
Saul Miranda
Saul’s passion for real estate runs deep—his family has been involved in real estate investing since he was just seven years old. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in the industry and eventually led him to start analyzing and purchasing properties of his own, both as investments and primary residences.
